Linguistics
I am an assistant professor in psycho/neurolinguistics in the Department of Linguistics at Brigham Young University. My main area of research is adult sentence processing. I'm also interested in 2nd and 3rd language acquisition.
Prior to coming to BYU, I was a visiting assistant professor in the Linguistics Department at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I completed my Ph.D. in linguistics at the University of Maryland. Before that, I received a bachelor’s degree in linguistics from the University of Utah, with a minor in Russian.
